Little Steven and AT&T blue room announce the Underground Garage Battle of the Bands, a competition that will give local bands a chance to open up for the New York Dolls on each stop of the Rolling Rock and Roll Show tour in November. Eligible bands can upload an MP3 to the AT&T blue room site at www.attblueroom.com/music, by 11:59pm on Tuesday, October 17th. All entries will be reviewed by Little Steven and his staff to pick who will make it to the finals -- three bands from each market. Bands selected for the final round will compete for votes on the blue room from October 20th through November 2nd. So, get ready to vote! Go to http://www.attblueroom.com/music/ for more details.

AT&T blue room music also is currently featuring exclusive footage from Little Steven’s Underground Garage and the Rolling Rock and Roll tour, including exclusive band interviews and raucous live performances from the Rolling Rock and Roll Tour’s emerging artists the Charms, the Woggles, the Mooney Suzuki, the Gore Gore Girls, and legends like the Zombies, Shadows of Knight, the New York Dolls, and the Romantics.
