Little Steven’s Underground Garage Final Rolling Rock and Roll Show Line Up Features Legendary New York Dolls

The "raw, rambunctious" (Hollywood Reporter) Rolling Rock and Roll Show tour goes into the home stretch with an outrageous final line up this November. Marking their first national tour in over 30 years, glam rock pioneers The New York Dolls will headline the final 20 shows of this "musical extravaganza" (San Diego Union Tribune). Underground Garage favorites Supersuckers, The Chesterfield Kings, and The Charms all headliners themselves, perform along with the famed Garage Girls A Go-Go dancers.

Dreams will come true as each show opens with a winning band from Little Steven and AT&T Blue Room's Battle of the Bands. For more information visit http://www.attblueroom.com/music/.

About the bands:
New York Dolls:
The legendary New York Dolls somehow managed to marry glam and punk and invented their own genre. Thirty-five years into their existence, with three men down, these rock 'n' roll icons are still a force to be reckoned with on and off the stage. This July, the band released its first studio album in over thirty years, 'One Day It Will Please Us To Remember Even This,' and The Rolling Rock and Roll Show will be their first national tour in as many years.

Supersuckers:
Supersuckers started their career in the late 80s and have since released over a dozen albums and EPs, each with a slightly updated and expanded range of influences. Currently, the band's music is a playful mix of rock and roll, punkabilly, and alternative country, making their sound both unique and undeniably addictive.

The Chesterfield Kings:
While other bands in the late 70s and early 80s busied themselves with the new wave trend, Rochester's favorite band the Chesterfield Kings were more interested in bringing back the classic sound of 1960s rock. The Chesterfield Kings' music quickly became an underground sensation, helping to launch the garage rock revival revolution in the 1980s. Their latest album, "The Mindbending Sounds Of...," was rated in the Top Ten Albums of the Year by Underground Garage listeners and the new one, Hydrogen Jukebox, is due out first quarter'07.

The Charms:
Voted Best New Band by Underground Garage listeners, the Charms' music was described by the Boston Globe as "a hedonistic jolt of perpetual adolescence wrapped in garage-bubblegum hooks." These power pop punksters' songs have appeared on the soundtrack for Christmas with the Kranks (produced by Little Steven) and the MTV show Made, as well as in movie trailers for Broken Flowers and The Ice Princess. Their new album Strange Magic will be released on November 19th on Wicked Cool Records.
