| The
Renegade Film division was created in 2004 when Little Steven’s
International Underground Garage Festival was filmed in 3-D
by noted director and producer Chris Columbus (Harry Potter,
Home Alone, Rent), lighting and set designer Marc Brickman (Pink
Floyd, Artificial Intelligence:AI, Minority Report) and Steven
Van Zandt. Currently in post-production, the first Renegade
Film full-length feature includes legendary rock ‘n’
roll reunions, debuts of the hottest new garage bands from around
the world, shocking backstage footage, and mind-blowing three-dimensional
performances. Highlights of the film include Nancy Sinatra performing
“These Boots Are Made For Walkin’” with the
Garage Girls A Go-Go, the legendary Bo Diddley, the U.S. reunion
of the New York Dolls, and Iggy Pop and the Stooges. In the
future, Renegade Films plans to produce new B-movies and DVDs
in the style of the films of Roger Corman, including biker films,
beach films, and the occasional horror film featuring music
and live performances of its own artists. |
