Renegade
TV produced its first television show in 2004, the finale of
the Little Steven’s Underground Garage Battle of the Bands,
a one-hour special on MTV and MTV2 that was broadcast multiple
times.
Renegade TV’s most recent production was a New Year’s
Eve extravaganza in cooperation with ESPN. The ESPN New Year’s
Eve Show Featuring Little Steven’s Underground Garage
Live at the Hard Rock Times Square featured The Troggs, New
York Dolls, Mooney Suzuki, The Charms, The Chesterfield Kings,
among others. By using the formula of sports and Rock and Roll
the show was a huge success, capturing an audience of 10 million
viewers and rated the third most viewed New Year’s television
show in 2005. Due its success, it is planned for this to be
a recurring show in the future. In addition, Renegade has plans
to develop a number of other television series in the future. |
